There are online apps, classes and calculators out there to help, but what's the point in using those tools if you're still not confident in the calculations? Not to mention, most pricing classes don't use your actual numbers and may not take into consideration your actual ingredient costs, your recipe, or your market.

Allow us to research your market, calculate your cost, and other expenses, and then report back with a custom assessment using your actual cost and give you guidance & a recommended price for your menu item(s).

Upon purchasing a Pricing Assessment, you will receive a required questionnaire that will help us calculate the price of your menu item(s) including labor. Please complete this form within 5 business days of receipt. Within 1-3 business days of form submission, you will receive a link to schedule a follow-up meeting to discuss your assessment.

Failure to submit the initial questionnaire within 5 business days will result in a cancellation and partial refund of 50%. If you need your assessment sooner than 7 business days, please email us directly for availability. *Rush fees may apply.*

Once your calculations are complete, you will receive a link to schedule a follow-up assessment. In this assessment, you will receive:

  1. documentation of your recipe calculations,
  2. a walkthrough of the calculations, and
  3. guidance on a recommended price.

You will also be able to ask questions about the assessment during your follow-up meeting.

By trade, Cyd is an accountant & financial analyst with a Masters from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During her career in Finance, Cyd worked for Fortune 500 companies Comcast and Lincoln Financial Group where she monitored and reported on each companies’ financial health, and she is also an alumni of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP one of the leading public accounting firms in the world.

With tons of resources available to help bakery and sweet business owners develop their baking talents, the goal of Sweet Fest® is to help Sweet Makers with running the business side of their sweet businesses. Returns & Refunds

Physical Products

If you need to return or exchange any physical item purchased through this shop, you may do so if we receive your returned merchandise within 45 days of the date we shipped it to you. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by (1) your customer name, (2) address, (3) whether you seek a return or an exchange, (4) reason for request, and (5) a contact phone number and email address. Please email us before shipping the item back. We will provide you the return address at that time.

If a refund is required at any time, we will issue your refund via the same payment method you used for purchase. Digital products are excluded from this refund policy. There are no refunds for digital products, only credits towards the purchase of other digital content such as classes, trainings, etc. Credits can not be applied towards the annual Sweet Fest Business Conference.

Digital Products, Classes, Trainings

If you are unable to attend this webinar live, it is your responsibility to watch the class recording prior to its removal which will be approximately 30 days from the class date. Failure to watch the recording within a timely manner is not appropriate grounds for a refund or reimbursement. There is a no refund policy in place for online classes, trainings, or any digital products.
