PROCESS:
Upon purchasing a Social Media Review, you will receive an email with a list of available times for your upcoming session. If you have a preferred time or day, please include that in the notes/comments section during check out. Also, make sure to include any social media accounts that you'd like to included in your review. 

WHAT TO EXPECT:
On your scheduled day/time, you will receive a phone call from your Personal Sweet Business Coach from a "404" Atlanta area code number. During your (1 hour - 1.5 hours) session, you will receive real time feedback on your social media platform(s). During your session, expect to discuss some or all of the following topics:

  • Social Media & Online growth goals,
  • Strategies for growing your online following,
  • Techniques for converting followers to customers,
  • Social Media Aesthetic, and
  • Areas of improvement in the way your social media functions.

Cydni Mitchell, Sweet Business Coach and Founder of Sweet Fest.Sweet Fest® is the brain child of Sweet Business coach Cydni N. Mitchell (aka Cyd). Since founding Sweet Fest®, Cyd has worked closely with thousands of Sweet Community members to help them develop and successfully implement their own social media marketing strategies, re-branding initiatives, business plan remodeling, and more.

By trade, Cyd is an accountant & financial analyst with a Masters from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During her career in Finance, Cyd worked for Fortune 500 companies Comcast and Lincoln Financial Group where she monitored and reported on each companies’ financial health, and she is also an alumni of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP one of the leading public accounting firms in the world.

With tons of resources available to help bakery and sweet business owners develop their baking talents, the goal of Sweet Fest® is to help Sweet Makers with running the business side of their sweet businesses. Cyd's philosophy is that there "must be a balance between a delicious product & a solid business/marketing strategy. No sweet business will be successful without having both in place." Cyd & Sweet Fest® are here to provide the Sweet Community with the keys to obtaining that balance and ultimately be successful in business.

On a personal note, Cyd is a self-taught web and graphic designer. She resides in Atlanta, GA where she enjoys binge watching shows/movies on Hulu & Netflix, trying out new sweet spots in the city, and spending time with friends & family.

Returns & Refunds

Physical Products

If you need to return or exchange any physical item purchased through this shop, you may do so if we receive your returned merchandise within 45 days of the date we shipped it to you. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by (1) your customer name, (2) address, (3) whether you seek a return or an exchange, (4) reason for request, and (5) a contact phone number and email address. Please email us before shipping the item back. We will provide you the return address at that time.

If a refund is required at any time, we will issue your refund via the same payment method you used for purchase. Digital products are excluded from this refund policy. There are no refunds for digital products, only credits towards the purchase of other digital content such as classes, trainings, etc. Credits can not be applied towards the annual Sweet Fest Business Conference.

Digital Products, Classes, Trainings

If you are unable to attend this webinar live, it is your responsibility to watch the class recording prior to its removal which will be approximately 30 days from the class date. Failure to watch the recording within a timely manner is not appropriate grounds for a refund or reimbursement. There is a no refund policy in place for online classes, trainings, or any digital products.
