Tasha B., Cake Artist & Craft Designer

As the owner of a home-based custom bakery, I believe that the most important factors behind my success or the success of my brand are:

Quality of Baked Goods: I ensure that I use high-quality ingredients, bake fresh to order, and maintain consistent quality to build a reputation for excellence and keep my customers satisfied.

Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service is a top priority for me. I respond promptly to inquiries, deliver on time, and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, which helps me build a positive reputation and grow my brand.

Marketing and Branding: I focus on building a strong brand identity, creating visually appealing packaging, and utilizing social media and other marketing channels to reach new customers and grow my business.

Pricing: I price my baked goods competitively to attract and retain customers. I offer reasonable prices that reflect the quality of my products and the value I provide, which helps me establish a loyal customer base and grow my business.

Innovation and Creativity: I continually experiment with new designs & presentations to attract new customers.

Let's hear a little more about you, Tasha. What’s your story?

I'm Tasha B, and I'm thrilled to share my journey with you. Stepping out on faith in March 2021, I became a full-time business owner, dedicating myself to pursuing my dreams. Since then, I've achieved significant milestones, including the establishment of a food photography content business in September 2021, capturing the artistry and beauty of delectable delights.

In Jan 2023, I had the honor of being featured in CanvasRebel, an esteemed online magazine, which recognized my unique talents and contributions to the industry. Always seeking new avenues for creativity and connection, I launched a blog in March 2023, allowing me to share insights, stories, and inspirations with my growing community.

As a multi-faceted entrepreneur, I've opened two Etsy shops. One focuses on digital products, while the other offers drop-shipped physical products. Additionally, I proudly wear the hat of a published author, with several notebooks and journals available on Amazon. Exciting endeavors await, as I prepare to launch online classes this year, enabling me to share my expertise beyond the confines of social media.

In addition to my other accolades, I earned a B.S. in Technical Management & Entrepreneurship back in April 2016.

I'm grateful for the continued support and positive feedback from my customers, with online and email reviews consistently praising the quality and experience I deliver. The repeat business is a testament to the trust and loyalty I've built with my clientele since establishing a presence in the Charlotte area in October 2021.

As I navigate this dynamic industry, I remain committed to growth and learning. Each day, I promise myself to embrace new knowledge and evolve as a professional, ensuring that my creations are always sweet, elegant, and infused with my passion for excellence.
